Shipping policy

BRIMHAUS ships exclusively within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. A flat rate applies to orders under $75, calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
