At BRIMHAUS, we want you to love your headwear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Hats that show signs of wear, odor, or damage cannot be accepted.
Final Sale
Items purchased from the Sale collection are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@brimhaus.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@brimhaus.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
